Food & Drink At Gliffaes
We know that good food and drink is part and parcel of what makes a hotel stay great and fresh and local is our mantra. Our talented kitchen team change our dinner menu on a daily basis and we also have an extensive wine cellar here at Gliffaes. If you’re staying at the hotel we will check your meal requirements with you each day. Not staying with us? As a member of the Slow Food Movement we’re committed to using the freshest local produce and locally sourced meats, and we only buy fish approved by the Marine Stewardship Council that come from sustainable stock. If you have an allergy to certain foods we are quite used to accommodating such needs, especially if given a little warning. There will always be a vegetarian dish on the menu. We also pay close attention to local foodie activities and often run our own culinary events.
