Our Meeting Room
The meeting room is adjacent to the hotel, away from the day to day comings and goings. The room is spacious with comfortable seating in quiet surroundings with natural light from four big windows. Ample power points and telephone connections are situated around the room. An overhead projector, flipcharts and television, video & DVD player are provided at no extra charge. Light projectors can be hired if needed.
The meeting room also has a wireless broadband network that will
allow wireless enabled laptops to log on to the web.
There is no charge for this.
The main room has the flexibility to be laid as boardroom style
(as in the picture) or in a theatre style arrangement. For
boardroom style the maximum seating capacity is
16 and 40 is the maximum
for a theatre style layout. The room measures 9.5m x 4.25m.
The ante room provides additional space for breakouts and refreshments
and there are ladies and gentlemen's cloakrooms. In summer we find
groups working outside under the shade of a tree or in winter next to
the fire in the lounge.
