From start to finish the content had obviously been carefully planned and the instructor carefully chosen. Bill Price is an exemplary teacher. He shares his extensive knowledge with calm precision, and his patience and sense of humour are invaluable. Arriving as a complete novice, I did expect to learn how to cast and also to spend some time wading about in the water. But I was delighted to leave not only knowing several different casts but also how to prepare my rod, how best to chose the right fly, which parts of the river to fish and when, and the correct equipment to use in different situations. And as well as being incredibly informative, the course is extremely enjoyable and great fun!
Once you have attended one of these courses, you're bound to be hooked on fly-fishing, and in my opinion, you'll also be keen to book yourself on another one in order to further your skills and spend more time in such an idyllic setting."
