FAQs

Do you allow dogs at Gliffaes?

We don’t allow dogs in the guest bedrooms. We have a pair of well protected and heated kennels you may use free of charge. Dogs may have the run of the grounds but please be aware we have chickens not too far from the kennels. Please book the kennels when you reserve your room.

Are you open to non-residents?

Of course, we are open for all meals to non-residents.

Do you hire out fishing tackle?

No. We do have a few pairs of waders you can borrow along with life-jackets. We sell a few flies and leader. If you engage one of the ghillies for the day they can supply fishing tackle.

Can non-residents come and fish your water?

Yes and no. Residents take priority. Best to call us the night before to see if we have space on the river for the next day.
