Fed up with Turkey? If you fancy something tasty as well as lean for Christmas why not consider venison? Here at Gliffaes we are really fortunate to have the Welsh Venison Centre just over the hill who are able to supply us with farm reared venison throughout the year. Andrew and Elaine Morgan who run the Welsh Venison Centre asked Gliffaes head chef to help them with a video demonstrating on how to cook venison. Here it is. If you are staying at Gliffaes its is well worth going to the Venison Centre’s excellent farm shop. We can give you directions for the 5 minute drive.
